Shipping and Return Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Swanky Marsh Boutique offers free USPS Standard shipping when the subtotal in your cart is greater than or equal to $75, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. Currently,  we only offer shipping the the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Terms are subject to change without notice.

Orders are shipped and processed in the order they are received. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the time the order is placed. Express orders placed after 11:00 CST will ship out the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2-4 days. All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless noted otherwise.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders that contain a shipping address different from the billing address, may be subject to review, in which the customer will be contacted. These changes can delay shipping times. Tax rates are based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

RETURN POLICY:

If you change your mind or you would rather try a different style, we accept returns. We will accept your return for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. All return items must be received by Swanky Marsh Boutique within 14 days from the purchase date.

Return items must be in their unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached. All items will be inspected. Any clothing returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.

Jewelry, discounted merchandise, and personalized items are all FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any damaged items must be reported to Swanky Marsh Boutique within one week of delivery, and prior to wearing the garment if wanting to return. Tags must still be attached, no exceptions. Swanky Marsh staff will determine if the item is eligible for a damaged return and/or refund.
